Church Notices
As Christ's disciples:
We will continually strive to become just like Jesus, through prayer, the study of God?s word, and through radical obedience to him in all of life?s circumstances." (1 John 2:3 ? 6).
We will diligently work to grow and mature as Christ?s body as we serve him together with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. (John 15:12 ? 17).
We will eagerly go and make disciples of every nation on earth, until the full number of believers in the universal body of Christ is physically and spiritually reunited with Jesus Christ, our Living Head. (Matthew 28:18 ? 20).
Pastors and Elders available
Our Pastoral Team and Elders are available to visit any who would like prayer. If you have any difficulties in your spiritual life, marriage, family, medical or physical life, etc, please mention on a contact card or speak to a pastor or Elder. One or two pastors or Elders would love to support you and pray with you.
Update from the Pastoral Committee
Since our last report (24th December 2009) the Committee has made substantial progress and now has a short list of three names of potential candidates for the Senior Pastor position. We have now progressed to in-depth meetings and the first of these was held throughout last week.
Our interim staff team leader, Chadd Hafer, is one of these three. Out of respect for all candidates please support the Committee in maintaining confidentiality and please respect Chadd and Parisa’s privacy as they work with the Committee.
Please uphold the Committee in this time of heightened workload. Continue to pray for the Committee, all three candidates and our church.
Please continue to direct any questions about the Committee’s process to the deacons.
